Bear market again
It's been a while since the latest bear market. Here's an article on how to prepare for the bargains that should emerge as the situation develops.
The recommendation here is a "Dollar-Cost Averaging with a bear market twist". Meaning that every new round of buying is triggered by a 5% fall from the previous level.
Note, however, that the article refers only to the US markets. Some international ones are already down far lower.
